ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide full administrative and operational support for all Pre-Formation and Formation age groups across training, fixtures, tournaments, showcases, and special events. Coordinate and maintain all phase-specific schedules, calendars, and communications through Teamworks and other club communication platforms. Serve as a primary administrative contact for players, parents, coaches, and support staff within assigned age groups. Assist with the day-to-day operational delivery of academy programming in accordance with MLS standards and club policies. Maintain accurate academy records, player files, attendance tracking, registration documentation, and operational reports. Support the Head of Academy Operations with academy-wide operational projects and initiatives. Assist with all player registration processes through MLS, U.S. Soccer, and applicable federation systems. Support compliance with MLS roster regulations, player movement policies, safeguarding standards, and competition requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MLS rules, academy standards, and youth player compliance procedures. Assist with international clearance and player documentation processes where applicable. Coordinate team travel arrangements for assigned academy teams in collaboration with the Head of Academy Ops and Finance.
