A Brief OverviewThe Sr Manager Marketing-Integrated is responsible for the development and execution of marketing and promotional plans for shows. This position will execute long-term marketing initiatives and oversee issues and risks that affect the marketing campaign. The Sr Manager Marketing-Integrated will work with artist managers, agents and marketing teams to develop effective integrated marketing plans that will reach the correct demographic and target customers appropriate for each show. In addition, this position will work with talent buyers, local and central leadership to oversee execution of best practices across email, social, media buying, customer relationship management, reporting, etc. Essential Functions: Lead venue launch initiatives including grand opening campaigns, community events, and stakeholder engagement opportunities. Develop and maintain the venue brand identity, ensuring consistency across all consumer-facing touchpoints including website, social channels, signage, in-venue assets, and customer communications. Responsible for the development and execution of marketing and promotional plans for shows. Develop and execute long-term marketing initiatives. Oversee issues and risks affecting the marketing campaign. Generate marketing budget, book and account for advertising and media ensuring funds are allocated to correct partners. Manage advertising settlements for each show to ensure those are settled accordingly. Work with national tour director, talent buyers, and regional marketing director to plan the marketing spend. Work with central digital media buying, partnerships, CRM and creative teams to develop digital marketing plans for targeted audiences, custom creative and impactful partnership activations. Oversee and evaluate show performance market-by-market, making adjustments to meet marketing strategy in changing market or competitive conditions. Develop digital advertising plans to optimize campaigns for best performance to drive ticket sales. Work with central digital media buying, partnerships, CRM and creative teams to develop digital marketing plans for targeted audiences, custom creative and impactful partnership activations. Oversee publicity, advance press interviews, secure and manage artist availability for promotions with management, label and public relations agencies. Develop and pitch promotions to media outlets. Contact radio and schedule radio time and set up giveaways. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses for promotional opportunities. Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners like Ticketmaster and AXS on marketing opportunities for shows, emails, banners and promotions. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with tourism organizations, chambers of commerce, convention and visitor bureaus, universities, sports organizations, and community groups to increase venue visibility and engagement. Manage venue-owned communication channels including website strategy, CRM growth initiatives, email acquisition programs, SMS database development, and organic social media planning. Social Media Manager - $65(K) - $80(K) annually Position Summary: The Social Media Manager is an upbeat, strategic, and organized leader who plays a pivotal role on the Digital Marketing Team. This role is responsible for leading the development, execution, and publishing of strategic social campaigns to drive brand awareness, grow the Minnesota Wild’s social media footprint, generate revenue via corporate sponsorships and ultimately grow the State of Hockey. The Manager oversees day-to-day social content operations and mentors and develops junior team members. Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Develop, lead, and manage the content strategy across digital and social media platforms to grow and maintain audience engagement. Oversee the scheduling and posting of photos, videos, articles etc. to all major social media platforms on a day-to-day basis that will engage and grow our various channels. Schedule & post content for the following accounts: MN Wild Wild Gives Back MN Wild Pup (as needed) Wild on 7th (as needed) Hockey Day Minnesota (as needed) Daily maintenance and oversite on the following accounts: MN Wild Wild Gives Back MN Wild Pup Wild on 7th Hockey Day Minnesota Craft brand or product stories that will engage audiences on an emotional level. Engage directly with fans and represent the brand at live events, community programs, and in-game experiences to deepen fan relationships and visibility. Interact with fans, run in-game contests, and cover the action live. Attend: Community events Wild Foundation events Player hospital visits Brand activation initiatives (pregame parties, etc.) Home and away games (as needed) Any other event that requires content support Lead strategic marketing initiatives and cross-functional collaboration while managing, guiding, and developing team members. Develop and drive strategies for unlocking new audiences and revenue opportunities while growing engagement with current fans. Execute fan-focused and data-driven strategies with short deadlines. Work closely with teams across the organization, including Creative Services, Video Production, B2C and B2B marketing, Hockey Operations and Ticketing. Provide day-to-day direction and leadership to department staff and interns during season. Manage and oversee the social media intern, providing direction, feedback, and professional development. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Formal Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field, sports emphasis is a plus or equivalent experience. Knowledge of hockey is required. Knowledge & Experience: At least four years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of managing social media accounts and content. Proven people management experience, including directly supervising, coaching, and developing staff or interns. Exposure using social media analytics is a plus. Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.). Experience managing content for accounts on Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. Previous experience working with a content calendar is preferred but not required. Experience with project management systems (Wrike preferred). Personal Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Proven planning and organizational abilities with demonstrated follow through. Decisive prioritization, focus on getting things done quickly and flawlessly. Positive attitude and desire to be successful while having fun. Demonstrated ability to write and create on-brand, engaging social media content. Ability to creatively articulate game elements and activities. Self-directing, self-motivating, and able to work with a diverse group of people. Work Conditions: Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed for games and events. Travel up to 60% (away games, league meetings, draft, etc.) Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc. Lifting up to 50 lbs.
