Identify high-value bidder engagement opportunities and surface insights to support ongoing donor cultivation efforts. Donor & Partner Engagement Cultivate relationships with local businesses, community partners, and in-kind sponsors to expand the Foundation’s network of supporters and auction contributors. Support the engagement of Sharks and Barracuda players, coaches, and significant others in donor-facing events, auctions, and fundraising initiatives, ensuring meaningful and seamless involvement. Provide reporting support and donor insights that help inform fundraising strategy, pipeline development, and long-term relationship growth. Minimum Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit, with a genuine enthusiasm for building relationships across diverse audiences. 1–2 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, nonprofit coordination, or a related field required. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. POSITION OVERVIEWThe Box Office Manager is a key member of the Ticketing Department, responsible for the daily operation and strategic execution of all box office functions at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Oversee all ticket fulfillment processes, including order processing, payments, and distribution. Manage game day box office operations, including walk-up sales, customer service, phone inquiries, and seat relocations. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise part-time, seasonal, and game day box office staff.Provide leadership, direction, and performance feedback to all box office personnel. Serve as a primary point of contact for ticket-related issues, ensuring timely investigation and resolution. Support season ticket and mini plan renewals, including direct service to 919 Members via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Coordinate and fulfill approved ticket requests, including charitable donations and complimentary tickets, while maintaining accurate records. Track and report attendance and financial data for all events, including presales, walk-up sales, and promotional impacts. Job Summary The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives that support AEG Presents business operations and strategic objectives. This position partners closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and business stakeholders to manage projects across cloud services, network infrastructure, data storage solutions, enterprise systems, and related technology platforms. The Technical Project Manager oversees all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and project execution. This role applies project management best practices and Agile methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business and technical requirements. Essential Functions Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise technology projects, including scope definition, project scheduling, milestone tracking, resource planning, risk management, and project reporting to ensure successful project outcomes. • Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to gather requirements, identify dependencies, resolve project issues, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives. • Facilitate Agile project management processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, status meetings, change management activities, deployment coordination, and project tracking utilizing Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. • Manage project budgets, forecasts, vendor relationships, statements of work, and third-party service providers to ensure project deliverables are completed within approved timelines and budgets. • Develop and communicate project status updates, executive summaries, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership and project stakeholders. • Support security, compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery, and governance initiatives by coordinating project activities and ensuring adherence to established organizational standards and requirements Required Qualifications BA/BS Degree (4-year) Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 4-6 years Managing technical IT projects, including IT infrastructure, cloud, data center, networking, or storage initiatives, including project budget tracking and management Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and project lifecycle management principles. Knowledge of enterprise technology environments, including cloud platforms, networking infrastructure, storage solutions, and data center operations. Experience utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing competing priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
