The successful candidate should be dependable, able to handle multiple tasks, and work long hours (evenings, weekends & holidays included).RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a shooter during Worcester Railers home games and select special events in the surrounding Worcester area. Capture, edit, and distribute footage for in-game and social media use.Produce and edit short-form content, including highlight packages, event recaps, hype videos, and other special projects as assigned.Organize, label, and manage video footage and assets.Additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION STANDARDSAn understanding of camera equipment and how it operates. Knowledge of Sony cameras, cinema & photography lenses is preferred.Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro AND/OR Final Cut Pro is required. Additional knowledge and abilities with Adobe Creative Cloud and Davinci Resolve is preferred, but not required.Prior experience working in a video production environment is preferred.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.Can maintain a high level of professionalism within a professional sports environment.Ability to adapt to changing game situations and can complete projects under tight deadlines.Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time; can lift up to 50 lb.Must have a flexible schedule to allow commitment to a majority of Worcester Railers home games during their internship term.
