Is This You…Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in prospect research, donor intelligence, donor analysis, and/or portfolio development, ideally in a nonprofit, association, or foundation environment.Proven ability to research and analyze donor and market data, identify giving trends, and translate findings into actionable fundraising strategy recommendations, including philanthropic landscape/sector analysis to spot emerging donors and funding opportunities.Strong working knowledge of fundraising fundamentals, including, but not limited to, donor pipelines, portfolio management, prospect qualification/cultivation/solicitation, and pipeline management (assessing readiness, prioritizing leads, and assigning prospects by capacity, affinity, and timing).Experience producing research reports, donor/prospect profiles, briefing materials, and dashboards to communicate pipeline health and fundraising performance to staff and leadership.Intermediate to advanced computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint. MSE owns and operates seven major and minor sports teams: 2018 NHL Stanley Cup Champion Washington Capitals, NBA’s Washington Wizards, WNBA’s 2019 Championship Washington Mystics, NBA G League’s Capital City Go-Go, 2021 & 2020 NBA 2K League Champion Wizards District Gaming and Caps Gaming, an esports sub-brand of the Capitals. Additionally, it holds a significant investment in a seventh professional team, Team Liquid, an endemic esports team owned and operated by aXiomatic, in which MSE is an investor. In September 2022, MSE acquired the regional sports network, then-called NBC Sports Washington and newly rebranded as Monumental Sports Network. Monumental Sports Network now holds the exclusive local television media rights to Capitals’, Wizards’, and Mystics’ games. The network is both a linear channel and a digital operation. Prior to acquiring the linear platform, the digital platform was launched by MSE in 2016, as the first-of-its-kind regional sports network for digital, mobile, and streaming platforms. Those linear and digital platforms are now combined and join Caps Radio, Wizards Radio, MSE Outdoor and Monumental Productions for a full suite of six media enterprises. Job Duties: · Answering and directing telephone calls to appropriate staff in a professional, courteous, and timely manner · Scheduling patients for physician ordered procedures · Completing appropriate correspondence with patients/physicians concerning cancellations/”no-shows” · Greet and check in patients during office visits · Retrieving and filing patient medical records as needed · Forwarding medical record documentation to various locations and services as requested and authorized · Coordinating inventory/ordering of office supplies and distributing to staff accordingly upon delivery · Reporting and coordinating necessary maintenance of office equipment · Sorting and distributing incoming faxes, mail, and/or interoffice mail to appropriate staff · Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma 1-2 years of related experience in a medical or healthcare facility preferred Detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to effectively communicate with patients and all levels of staff Familiarity with medical terminology and demonstrate proficiency in typing and the use of Microsoft Office Applications Proficiency with scheduling software Professional and courteous demeanor Strong multi-tasking ability Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Frequent use of a computer, telephone, and standard office equipment. About the Role: Reporting to the General Manager and Head Coach, the Head Equipment Manager will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and administering the equipment program for the Oil Kings. Your Focus in this Role: Develop, coordinate, and administer the equipment program including: equipment purchasing program, Skate Sharpening, Profiling, proper storage, security, fittings adjustments and modification, maintenance and reports of athletes garments and equipment; Maintain accurate and up to date records and documentation on all players; Upkeep of the dressing room facilities and oversee the player's laundry; Travel with the Oil Kings; Plan and execute the orderly movement and organization of all Oil Kings hockey equipment and supplies while travelling on Oil Kings road trips; Arrange and execute, if required, transportation to and from the airport with respect to player movement; Foster a good working atmosphere for all Oil Kings staff and players in and around the Oil Kings dressing room and training facilities; Use your best efforts to promote the interest and goodwill of the Oil Kings; and Perform any other duties directed by Hockey Operations Management.
