THE ROLEThe Huntington Bank Field Stadium Operations department is seeking individuals to assist with game day operations and related set-up and tear down. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution and tracking of brand video content strategies across digital, social and in-arena platforms to support brand initiatives. Oversee the full video production lifecycle, from concept to final delivery for marketing, partnerships, community impact, game presentation, and other branded content. Execute and train best practices in camera operation, lighting and audio to achieve high production quality. Assist in budget development and manage resource allocation for video projects. Team experience greatly preferred Experience developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, particularly in the ticket sales space, tied directly to revenue and customer acquisition goals Deep understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, CRM/lifecycle marketing, attribution, and marketing analytics Experience leading multi-functional teams and managing cross-departmental collaboration Ability to translate data and consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
