Key Responsibilities Project Definition – Pre-Tournament Undertake a multi-day online training module, at the end of which all CSSM must be fully confident of the requirements of this role (dates TBC, expected April 2026) Planning and Coordination – Pre-Match Along with the core FIFA Content Services team at the IBC, look ahead to each FIFA World Cup™ match taking place in the relevant stadium Collaborate closely with the FIFA Content Services core team, competition management, stadium management, and the Host Broadcaster to ensure all filming requests are viable and clearly communicated to all relevant areas Act as a primary point of contact between FIFA Content Services, competitions management, the stadium management team and non-live filming crews and FIFA photographers, facilitating smooth processes in the planning phase of filming Operational Management – Matchday Maintain focus on the daily non-live content run-sheet, created in collaboration with the core FIFA Content Services team at the IBC Be the primary point of contact for, and coordinate a pre-match briefing with all non-live content creators. These can range from high-end film crews, to photographers, through to individual digital content creators filming on mobile phones Where necessary, escort crews to the correct filming positions. Ensure all relevant operational staff in these areas are aware of each crew’s filming and photography plans Ensure all content creators comply with the previously communicated filming instructions, pre, during and post-match Ensure any filming and photography in competition areas during half-time and post match periods has been clearly communicated to all relevant stadium staff in particular the Match Director, FIFA Competition Management, FIFA Security and FIFA Media Operations.
