THE POSITION - 6 Month Contract Temporary Reporting organizationally to the Head of Recruiting, the Recruitment Manager will play a critical and high-impact role in driving large-scale workforce hiring and operational readiness for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. This is an extremely high-volume and high-intensity position — not a traditional recruitment role — requiring exceptional organization, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Support development and validation of hospitality operational plans and MD strategies to ensure high-quality guest experience. Coordinate handover and hand-back of Hospitality facilities between the stadium and the Official Hospitality Provider. Stadium Ticketing Operations (Assistant Manager)The Ticketing Stadium Operations workforce is responsible for delivering all operational, technical, and customer-facing ticketing services across Host Cities and World Cup stadiums. The main responsibilities include: Lead or support the full delivery of stadium ticketing operations at assigned FIFA World Cup 26™ competition venues. Identify operational issues onsite on match day which may affect revenue Assist with financial settlements for both Concessionaire and Spectator Parking partner.
