THE POSITIONThe Setup and Dismantling Schedule Manager will be a key member of the FIFA26 Technical Infrastructure & Services team, and work in close collaboration with the Overlay and Venue Design teams and other key individuals responsible for the planning and the implementation of the Overlay solutions at all FIFA World Cup 2026™ Venues. The main responsibilities and oversights of the Setup and Dismantling Schedule Manager for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ include: Prepare, build, and create schedules for integrated delivery timelines within the Technical and Infrastructure Services department for all related workstreams and deliverables, while coordinating closely with FIFA Functional Areas (FAs) to ensure cross-departmental alignment. Working with the Tournament Information team in FIFA Zurich to ensure alignment with multi event data standards. Integrate Procurement, Mobilization Coordinator and Supplier Management schedules. Identify milestones, regularly oversee and update project schedules collaboratively with each respective project team and where necessary Functional Area. Perform schedule reviews to ensure effective and efficient best practices for a smooth and timely delivery. Participate in all phases of the event delivery and construction planning and scheduling process. This may include the creation of proposal schedules, baseline scheduling and ongoing associated updates for multiple stakeholders. Provide scheduling training for team members as needed to assist with updating delivery timelines. Lead and/or attend venue team meetings for integrated scheduling discussions. Prepare scheduling reports for various competition and non-competition venues. Collaborate with the Stadiums, Venue Management, Stadium Management, IT, Logistics and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on venue timelines. Ensure all FA requirements are obtained, captured, and processed in integrated delivery schedules as related to the build and delivery timelines. Perform audits of schedules for performance to plan variance and support corrective action to improve scheduling and planning processes. Managing the overall Integrated Delivery Schedule creating reports and dashboards of all delivery related activities in concert with FIFA’s procurement and delivery partner. Liaise with appointed Overlay and Design Cluster teams to ensure regular updates of schedules. The role assumes event operational proficiency, venue dressing, signage and wayfinding knowledge with project management skills to directly overseeing the dressing implementation at four FIFA Women’s World Cup Brazil 2027™ stadia. They will ensure that key project deliverables and deadlines are met within their sites and will be required to input into strategic project decisions taken by senior members of the team. They will oversee contracted provider operations within their sites, ensuring that all are managed successfully and efficiently while monitoring budgetary spending within agreed limits. They will ensure that precedents and strategic directives from the Head of Dressing and Signage and Senior Dressing and Signage Manager are followed as required by the members of the team. The role will collaborate closely with other dressing, signage, wayfinding and non-competition managers to maximize creativity and ensure consistency across all stadiums. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Overseeing the turnkey planning of dressing and signage implementation across all official sites during planning phase, and stadium dressing for 3-5 stadia closer to the tournament. Collaborating with the other Stadium Dressing Managers and ensuring that precedents are followed to guarantee consistency across all tournament stadiums. Working closely with the Non-Competition Dressing Managers and the Wayfinding and Signage Managers as well as other Functional Area Managers, to maximize efficiencies across the wider project. Being the focal point for all general stadium dressing questions or requests from the Head of Department. Oversight of contracted provider planning, production and implementation for all stadiums within the assigned sites. Constant monitoring of the budgetary impact of dressing operations and reporting updates to the Senior Manager and Head of Department regularly. Providing strategic input into the stadium dressing planning process and offering expertise when required. Adhering to project deadlines and deliverables as instructed by senior members of the department. Daily liaison with other members of the wider Dressing and Signage team to ensure efficient planning and delivery is optimized at all stages of the project. YOUR PROFILE Minimum 4+ years of experience in delivering dressing, signage, branding or look projects for events of a similar scale to FIFA World Cups, Olympic Games etc. or a minimum 2 years’ experience managing major sports events in a role that included the delivery of comprehensive dressing or signage related activities. A working understanding of the technical aspects of delivering dressing and signage projects (i.e. production methods, installation techniques, materials etc.). Strong understanding of stadium look and feel requirements and large-scale temporary installations. Budget management experience on complex and multi-faceted events and projects. Experience in managing providers of services for world-class events. Knowledge of event planning, requirements and event project management processes for large sporting events. Significant stakeholder management experience across multiple organizations and departments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and implement effective solutions. Secure and manage staging areas, load zones, and parking at the TBC and training site or VSTH. Oversee all aspects of TMM system management, including last-minute schedule or vehicle changes. Validate/facilitate driver training, conduct test runs, and ensure familiarity with routes. Supervise drivers during shifts, ensuring compliance with procedures, grooming standards, and readiness. Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, fueled, branded, equipped with VAAPs, and operationally ready. Provide accurate driver and vehicle information as required. Manage rate card requests in collaboration with TLO/TSLO. Coordinate with the depot team for vehicle/driver issues, including intercity and convoy movements. Liaise with Bus/Fleet and TSLO for convoy planning on all movements. Arrivals & Departures (A&D) / FBO Operations Act as the on-site coordinator for all team arrivals and departures via airports and FBOs. Communicate with FBO teams, ACS, and airport authorities for vehicle staging and tarmac access. Ensure drivers know approved routes, timings, and positioning for FBO operations. Guarantee all vehicles are in position at least 60 minutes prior to ETA and properly briefed. Coordinate security convoys, logistic trucks, and family/friends rate card vehicles when applicable. Liaise with ACS for live convoy tracking and resolve any discrepancies on site. Inspect and establish SOPs for first international arrivals and last international departures, training colleagues in all procedures.
