The main responsibilities include: Support Host City-level planning and operations for the full volunteer journey, including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, match-day support, and appreciation initiatives. Assist with the operational readiness of the Host City Volunteer Center, ensuring all spaces, equipment, processes, and technology are functional, prepared, and aligned with FIFA standards. Maintain a consistent presence at the Volunteer Center, managing welcome-desk operations, volunteer flow, wayfinding, candidate guidance, meeting pods, and check-in processes. Provide strong customer service to volunteers, resolving inquiries, assisting with navigation, and ensuring a professional and friendly environment. Collaborate closely with the Host City Volunteer Manager, Host City Manager, and centralized FIFA Volunteer Team to implement local and national Volunteer Program strategies. Coordinate logistics, daily setup, break-area upkeep, refreshments, and overall facility tidiness to ensure a well-managed center environment.
